Enterprise People Services is looking for a strong HR generalist and team player to join the team as part of our specialized services operation, reporting into HR Operations Manager. This role will provide complex query and transactional support across a range of specialist HR services including Total Rewards, Learning and Development, Employee Relations and Reporting, supporting RTX business in Singapore and NewZealand.

• Provide complex HR advisory and support across all specialized services.
• Act as the first point of contact for People Managers who require HR advice and guidance, ensuring great customer service is always delivered.
• Serve as a source of expertise on Singapore HR policy, process and procedure.
