HR Admin - People Systems Support/HRIS People Systems This position will provide Human Resources support services to onshore employees with a high level of effectiveness, efficiency, and a focus on customer service.This role requires precision, an ownership mindset, and strong adaptability. The specialist will manage end-to-end support for SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Learning Management System (LMS) modules, ensuring service excellence, data integrity, and stakeholder satisfaction. The candidate must be able to adopt in-built processes quickly and contribute meaningful improvements to existing workflows and plans of work. The environment is structured, performance-driven, and metrics-focused.
