Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Admin to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves handling a wide range of human resources duties, providing support in areas such as training and development, compensation and benefits, HRIS administration, employee relations, and recruitment. The HR Admin will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
+ Create employee communication materials for benefit program changes and initiatives.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve general employee benefits and HRIS system issues.
+ Plan and execute employee engagement events.
+ Compile and maintain confidential records and documents.
+ Input data and assist employees with the day-to-day operation of the HRIS system; audit and review output for accuracy.
