- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, insurance matters, and statutory compliance
- Support HR operations across Singapore and coordinate HR matters with China and Vietnam offices
- Partner closely with department managers and key stakeholders to resolve HR operational and employee-related matters
