1. Reporting & HR Projects
  • Prepare HR-related reports and analytics.
  • Participate in HR system improvement and digitalization projects.
  • Support audits and HR compliance reviews.

    • 2. Staff Attendance & Disciplinary Control & Industrial Relations

  • Monitor and manage staff attendance records.
  • Handle disciplinary issues and enforce company policies.

    • 3. Employee Grievance & Dispute Handling

  • Address and resolve staff complaints and workplace conflicts.
  • Act as a mediator between employees and management.

    • 4. Union Relations

  • Manage communication and negotiations with the union.
