About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised HR/Admin Assistant to join our team at Infinite Facilities Services Pte Ltd' , a leading cleaning company in the Ang Mo Kio North-East Region. This full-time role will provide critical administrative and HR support to our operations, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
Scope of Work- Providing comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and coordinating logistics
- Assisting with HR tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration
- Supporting operation's paperwork (photo service report, etc)
- Maintaining and updating HR and administrative databases and systems
- Performing other general office duties as required
