Airport Liaison Housing Referral Assistant for PSNS Detachment Yokosuka.

The contractor shall, on an intermittent, on-call basis, provide the following services such as meeting arriving personnel (travelers) at Narita/Haneda International airports; provide Welcome brief to travelers, to include; assigned lodging, location of muster point for next work day, emergency contact information, food choices for evening meal, opportunity to obtain funds (i.e. ~10,000 Yen) before leaving airport, etc., assist travelers with transportation arrangements from airport to assigned lodging, assist travelers with transportation from assigned lodging to muster point for next work day, assist special needs traveler (e.g. medical limitations) from assigned lodging to airport, assist arriving Material Courier (Traveling Saint) to deliver material to designated Materials Point of Contact (POC).
