Housekeeping Utility

Position Summary Responsible to deliver high quality, efficient, individualized and technically excellent cleaning and cabin service in accordance with Company Policies and strictly upholding any Public Health standards and towards a goal of achieving total guest satisfaction. Reporting Structure Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, Butler Manager and Head Utility (where applicable). Responsibilities 1. Responsible to ensure the overall cleanliness of all assigned public or crew areas, including but not limited to: a. Daily vacuum. b. Dusting. c. Polishing. d. High dusting/cleaning. e. Garbage removal. f. Sanitizing. g. Shampoo and general floor care. h. Stripping and waxing. i. Service rest rooms. j. Polish brass, handrails and fixtures. k. Cleans and polishes glass doors. 2. Cleans daily assigned officer cabins/bathrooms to the highest possible level. 3. Responsible for laundry/valet services to officers cabins in his/her assigned section. 4.
