Report Structure

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, Butler Manager and Head Utility (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Responsible to ensure the overall cleanliness of all assigned public or crew areas, including but not limited to:
  • Daily vacuum.
  • Dusting.
  • Polishing.
  • High dusting/cleaning.
  • Garbage removal.
  • Shampoo and general floor care.
  • Stripping and waxing.
  • Service rest rooms.
  • Polish brass, handrails and fixtures.
  • Cleans and polishes glass doors.
• Cleans daily assigned officer cabins/bathrooms to the highest possible level.
• Responsible for laundry/valet services to officers cabins in his/her assigned section.
• Provides turn down service in assigned cabins and as per Benefit Grid.
