Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after they have been cleaned by Housekeepers to ensure quality standards.
- Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize cleaning, and update the status of departing guest rooms.
- Assist Housekeeping management with daily activity management and act as a liaison to coordinate efforts among Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
- Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms, collaborating with the Front Desk and preparing, distributing, and communicating changes in room assignments.
- Communicate issues to the next shift and complete required paperwork.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees.
