About the role

You are the standard. Not the cleaner — the person whose finish a guest walks into and a homeowner trusts. We don't sell cleaning by the hour; we sell a finish that is repeatable, photo-verified and the same every visit. You are the human delivering that. Half your week is residential — weekly housekeeping for the same families, the same homes, learning the way they like the kitchen reset, where the linen goes, which corner of the sofa the cat hates being moved off. The other half is holiday-home turnovers — a guest checked out at 11, another checks in at 3, and in those four hours the home becomes new again. Linen changed and crisp, bathrooms hotel-finish, kitchen reset, photos uploaded, ready. You are not working alone. You are part of a trained crew with a property lead. But you are accountable for your zone, every visit.
