Housekeeping Porter

The Housekeeping Porter plays an essential role in supporting housekeeping operations by ensuring guest floors and service areas are well stocked, organised, and maintained to a high standard. You will work closely with Room Attendants and Supervisors to enable a smooth and efficient operation while contributing to a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport clean and soiled linen between guest floors and laundry areas
• Stock housekeeping pantries with linen, amenities, and cleaning supplies
• Remove rubbish and recycling from guest floors in line with procedures
• Assist Room Attendants with heavy lifting and movement of equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of corridors, service areas, and back-of-house spaces
• Respond promptly to internal housekeeping requests
