Housekeeping contract manager

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Housekeeping Contract Manager to oversee housekeeping and back‑of‑house operations at a busy hotel with more than 350 rooms in the CBD.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic leader with strong operational, people management and industrial relations experience who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Manage the day‑to‑day housekeeping and back‑of‑house operations to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Work closely with the client's Executive Housekeeper to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the housekeeping department.

Report directly to Operations Manager while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the client.

Lead, motivate and develop a large housekeeping team.

Manage employee relations matters, including discipline, performance management and adherence to labour legislation.
