Job Description:
The Housekeeper shall be responsible for cleaning the common areas and suites of the community.
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee cleaning of the entire community with daily emphasis on the common areas and weekly cleaning of resident suites.
- Complete maintenance request reports when needed.
- The report noticed deterioration or damage to the building and furnishings to the Housekeeping team lead or supervisor.
- Operate the laundry room when needed.
- Report inadequate quantities of cleaning supplies, brooms, mops, buckets, etc. to the Housekeeping team leader or supervisor.
- Clean office areas when assigned.
- Dust and clean all window blinds in the community.
- Dust all furniture, bookshelves, etc., in residents’ suites and in the common areas.
