This roleis responsible fordetailed cleaning, sanitization, and upkeep to meet company standards. Working closely with the maintenance and leasing teams, the Housekeeper helps create a welcoming environment for residents and guests.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean vacant units to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for new residents. 

Perform routine cleaning of clubhouses, offices, fitness centers, and other shared amenities. Assistinmaintainingthe cleanliness and curb appeal of the property, including grounds, parking lots,breezewaysandcommon areas. 

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs to management. 

Work alongside maintenance teams to ensure the overall cleanliness of the property.
