House Villa Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional House Manager to oversee the operations of a private villa for an UHNW family in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the private residence, ensuring impeccable standards at all times
• Lead, supervise, and coordinate all household staff, including housekeeping, chefs, drivers, security, gardeners, and external contractors
• Oversee property maintenance, preventive servicing, renovations, and vendor management
• Manage household budgets, inventories, procurement, and operational expenses
• Coordinate family requests, events, travel preparations, and special projects
• Ensure complete discretion, confidentiality, and exceptional personalized service
