House Supervisor RN, FT

Harrison County Hospital is seeking a RN House Supervisor.

This position is full-time, evening and nights, two days per week alternating days 2pm-6am, 16 hour shifts.

Under the supervision of the Med/Surg Manager and CNO, this position is responsible for the coordination and management of patient care. The House Supervisor is responsible for all activities of nursing administration in the absence of the coordinators/managers and has first line authority in the absence of hospital administration. This position coordinates and integrates interdepartmental services to accomplish positive patient outcomes.
