Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage an established household team
• Oversee staff schedules, rotations, performance, and daily operations
• Ensure impeccable presentation and service standards throughout the residence
• Review, implement, and maintain SOPs across all departments
• Train and develop staff to ultra‑luxury service standards
• Welcome guests and manage preferences with professionalism and discretion
• Manage inventories, purchasing controls, and household systems
• Handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced and ever‑changing environment
• Maintain direct, polished, and professional communication with the Principal
• Coordinate private events, formal entertaining, and VIP visits
• Arrange travel, hotels, restaurants, and lifestyle bookings
• Travel with the Principal when required
