Hotel Reception Shift Leader

Please Note:
Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience within large, branded 4 or 5-star hotels and strong Opera PMS exposure.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Reception Shift Leader or Senior Receptionist within a large, branded hotel
- Strong hands-on Opera PMS experience (essential)
- Previous experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment
- Strong understanding of front office procedures, guest service, and shift operations
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office and Opera PMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Well-presented, professional, and guest-focused
- Valid South African ID
