Hotel Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a hotel technician to join our client's hotel. As a Technician, you will ensure that routine maintenance is performed so that the hotel’s equipment operates with maximum efficiency and the hotel’s facilities are well maintained, achieving customer and guest satisfaction.

Location: Central Business District (CBD)

Salary: Up to $3500

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on hotel equipment and facilities, including plumbing, electrical systems, air‑conditioning units, door locks, water heaters, and bathroom fixtures.
• Respond promptly to guest repair requests and maintenance issues in guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities.
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) according to the hotel's maintenance schedule.
• Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on pumps, motors, plumbing systems (e.g., toilets, basins, faucets, drains), and other hotel equipment.
