We are seeking an experienced and passionate Duty Manager to join a prestigious hospitality establishment in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily guest relations operations and ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and maintenance. Handle guest queries promptly and professionally. Assist with staff training, onboarding, and roster management. Attend daily operational meetings and support employee relations. Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed. Perform Guest Relations and Night Audit duties when required. Build strong working relationships across all departments.
