Hotel Cook – Craft Elegant Dishes for Memorable Stays

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is seeking cooks to join our kitchen team in Guadalajara, Mexico. You will handle mise-en-place, cook, plate and present high quality dishes to deliver an excellent guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of kitchen experience in hospitality, vocational training in F&B/kitchen, and basic English is valued. You will work independently and in a team, maintain hygiene and follow HACCP guidelines, contributing to a premium guest experience.
