Host/Hostess

Host/Hostess play a very important role as they are the first touch point and responsible for creating a great firsts impression.  A friendly, accommodating demeanor, as well as an ability to multitask, are essential for success in this position.

Essential Functions

• Greet the guests upon arrival

• Manager service rotation and Yelp Table Management System

• Answer the phone following the right telephone etiquette

• Seat guests

• Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends

• Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction

• Ability to multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment

• Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels
