The Position

Based at Thomas Scott Hostel in Camillo, your role as a Kitchenhand is more than just preparing meals, it’s about bringing warmth and care to our residents through food. By keeping the kitchen organised and supporting meal preparation, you’ll help create moments of comfort and joy that truly makes it feel like home. This is a part time role offering 45 hours per fortnight

Week 1 & 2 

Tuesday: 0700 - 1500 

Wednesday: 0700 - 1500 

Thursday: 0700 - 1500 

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and plate food, serve and clear away meals in line with food preparation schedules.
• Maintain the food preparation and serving areas to state hygiene standards.
• Maintain appropriate resident interactions in line with the organizational values.
