Position Summary

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all F&B operations at VGP Heritage, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining quality standards, maximizing revenue, and controlling costs. The role involves managing restaurant, banquet, and bar operations while leading the team to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of restaurants, banquets, bars, and catering services.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor food and beverage costs, control wastage, and maintain profitability.
