Blue Care operate over 32 retirement villages across Queensland, with more than 3,300 residents choosing to make a Blue Care communities their home. Our welcoming cafe within a vibrant retirement community at Carina is looking for a creative, reliable and skilled Barista/Cafe All Rounder to join their team on a casual basis.

Reporting to the Village Manager, this role is more than preparing food and coffee — we are looking for someone who can help make the café the social heart of our village.
