We're recruiting on behalf of a thriving, food-led pub with boutique rooms in the heart of Margate. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take ownership of a busy destination venue renowned for its excellent food, premium drinks offering and outstanding guest experience.
This isn't a traditional hotel or corporate operation – it's a vibrant, high-energy business where weekends are busy, standards are high, and no two days are the same.
The Role As General Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the business, leading from the front and ensuring exceptional standards across the bar, restaurant and boutique accommodation.
