Hospice Volunteer Coordinator

+ Position Summary
+ Under general supervision of the unit director and using independent judgment, provides assistance with hospice program performing a set of diverse duties.

Under general supervision and as part of the Hospice Interdisciplinary Care Team (ICT) is responsible for: developing, implementing and supervising the Volunteer Program and for delivery of related services. Ensures all actions taken in carrying out responsibilities support patient centered care.
