The role requires hands‑on management of plant health, irrigation, fertilization, pest control, propagation, harvesting, and overall greenhouse operations to ensure optimal crop quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of two greenhouses growing fruits, vegetables, and ornamental flowers.
• Monitor plant growth, health, and development, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Develop and maintain irrigation and fertilization schedules for different crop varieties.
