Job Descriptions.
In-charge of Horticulture Development & Maintenance to achieve planned organization goal with quality and complying with all the statutory and safety regulations / procedures. Providing leadership, direction, motivation and guidance to team of personnel to achieve efficient results.

FUNCTIONS: Roles & Responsibilities
1. To provide technical guidance to team and monitor the Horticulture activities.
2. Guidance/ direction to the Horticulture site team in Horticulture development & Maintenance activities.
3. Setting the goals & target to Horticulture site team and regular monitoring.
4. Study review & get the correct drawing from the consultant, Co-ordination with Landscape Architect & the project team.
5. Co-ordination with the Landscape Architect & the design team (In-house) to clarify the site conditions & corrections if any in the Landscape design including all aspects like softscape, lighting, h...
