Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much-respected facility based out of the Westborough, MA area who is currently seeking a qualified Home Health RN to assist them on a contractual basis.

Details of the position include:

**Position** : Home Health RN

**Location** : Leominster, MA and surrounding towns

Start Date: ASAP, 2-3 weeks upon offer acceptance

Duration: 13 weeks - likelihood of extension

Schedule:

+ Up to 6 visits per day
+ Productivity expectations – 26 points in 32 hours, 33 points in 40 hours
+ Monday - Friday, 8a-4:30p
+ Weekend rotation/shifts available if desired
+ 32 hours per week available if desired

Contract Requirements:

+ Must have current Massachusetts RN license
+ Must have Oasis Experience
+ Must have Capability Form filled out for submittal
+ Nursing home care experience with emphasis on post acute patients and assisted living patients preferred
