Fairer Care – Pay & Benefits
- Inflation‑Beating Pay – average annual income of over £27,000 (£13.00 an hour).
- Full Shift Pay – includes all travel time, waiting time and any gaps in the shift.
- Guaranteed Pay Contract – no zero‑hour contracts.
- 45p Per Mile for Travel – plus an extra supplement for high fuel costs.
