Position Summary:
The Home Care Worker provides person‑centered support to older people living in their own homes, assisting them to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Personal Care:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including showering, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility.
- Support safe transfers and use of mobility aids as required.
- Promote comfort, dignity, and respect at all times.
Domestic Support:
- Assist with light household duties such as:
- Cleaning and tidying
- Laundry and ironing
