Make a significant impact as an Assistant Coach with the Regina Pats. Collaborate daily with the Head Coach to drive team success in the WHL.
This role is essential to the Regina Pats' Hockey Operations, focusing on building competitive strategies and enhancing player performance. You will assist with game planning, practice coordination, and lead special team units. Additionally, pre-scouting and post-game analysis will be part of your daily tasks, fostering player development and tactical awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in formulating game plans and strategies
• Organize and run practice schedules
• Lead and develop special teams like Power Play
• Present analytical findings from game reviews to players
• Support the evaluation and selection of players during camps
Requirements:
• Previous coaching experience at the CHL or Professional level
• High Performance 1 Certification from Hockey Canada
