Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver curriculum-aligned English lessons for Grades 1 to 4 using creative, interactive, and child-friendly teaching methodologies.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate phonics, vocabulary building, reading comprehension, grammar, and oral communication skills.
- Utilize visual aids, storytelling, games, and multimedia tools to enhance student engagement and understanding.
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments, observations, and feedback; maintain accurate records of performance and development.
