Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, manufacturing, engineering, and corporate functions.
  
• Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
  
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand manpower planning and critical hiring requirements.
  
• Build talent pipelines for technical, operational, and leadership positions.
