This role serves as a field representative for the maintenance department, providing high-quality repair, maintenance, and renovation services across apartment and small single-unit properties. You will perform a mix of scheduled, turnover, and emergency maintenance tasks while representing the organization in a professional manner through your appearance, communication, and customer service.
