The Physical Therapist is responsible for conducting student evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy services, and documenting progress in accordance with each student's plan of care and physician orders when applicable.

+ Current Physical Therapist License in the State of California
+ Graduate of an Accredited School of Physical Therapy
+ One (1) Year of Professional Physical Therapy Experience Preferred
+ Compliance with All Relevant Professional Standards of Practice
+ Current CPR Certification (if applicable)
