Are you a Hire Controller, Rental Controller or Hire Desk Coordinator looking for your next step, or an experienced administrator within asset rental ready for a new challenge? This Hire Controller role based in Brighouse within our EMC Business Unit focuses on coordinating sweepers and specialist equipment hires, ensuring smooth operations and strong customer service.
- Managing the full hire process from enquiry through to contract completion
- Coordinating with service teams to ensure equipment is ready and compliant
- Liaising with customers and internal teams to convert enquiries into hires
- Maintaining accurate hire records and fleet systems
- Supporting a Monday to Friday, office based operation to keep everything running efficiently
