Hipanics Finance Associate Director

Lead and drive a sustainable and profitable growth (combining short and long term goals), acting as business partner and ensuring compliance in a broad perspective, following the global policies and financial procedures, as well as the local regulatory requirements for the legal entities of Chile, Costa Rica, Panamá, Colombia, Argentina, Dominican Republic and US.

• Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term goals (SP)
• Participate in key decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives, investments and operational models. Review and analyze monthly financial results (P&L, BS & CF – both USGAAP & BRGAAP) and provide recommendations.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data
