**As a “Health Information Management Tech” you will:**

+ In collaboration with others, monitors and audits EHR documentation.
+ Reviews records as scheduled or on ad hoc basis to establish completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of documentation
+ As directed, performs audit of metadata to detect potential privacy breeches related to EHR access
+ Selects appropriate or defined sample size to support audit validity
+ In collaboration with others, monitors and reviews MPI duplicate reports to ensure timely processing and correction

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ High School Diploma or GED and experience in Medical Office, Medical Records or other applicable health care experience.
