Highway Maintenance Tech I/II — Hands-On Growth & Training

The Texas Department of Transportation is seeking a Transportation Maintenance Technician I/II based in Sonora, Mexico. This role includes performing roadway maintenance, operating light and heavy equipment, and assisting the public during emergencies.

The position requires no formal education, but candidates should have experience relevant to the maintenance field. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and obtaining a Class A CDL is preferred within 180 days of employment.
