Work with Iconic Power Systems as a High Voltage Streetlighting Powerline Technician in Calgary. This critical role focuses on enhancing city streetlighting through your technical skills in electrical systems.
You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of high voltage equipment while ensuring safe practices at all times. Collaborating with contractors and providing leadership to teams will be key aspects of this dynamic position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in overhead cable installation and troubleshooting
• Lead teams in constructing and maintaining power lines
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Create and maintain accurate QA/QC documentation
• Operate and care for company vehicles and equipment
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License; Class 1 or 3 is preferred
• Previous experience in high voltage distribution
