HIG HBM - PE Design Validation Engineering Intern

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Design Validation Product Engineer on High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) technology. The engineer will develop next‑generation HBM products across Design, Manufacturing, Test, and Quality, taking ownership from design phase through production.

• Understand JEDEC specifications for HBM and create internal architecture documentation.
• Perform schematic and layout reviews for HBM designs.
• Validate HBM designs, debug hardware and software in lab, conduct circuit simulations, and analyze data.
• Collaborate with product engineering and multi‑functional teams.

• Schematic, simulation, data analysis, lab debugging, or pattern manipulation experience.
• Productive and efficient time usage to increase effective work.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
