Driver Trainer – Join Our Team

Are you passionate about developing drivers, improving road safety, and making a real impact every day? We’re looking for a dedicated Driver Trainer to support and develop our LGV drivers across the business.

Location: Droitwich Depot


Salary: £17.30 per hour - plus £40 weekly allowance


Shift Pattern – 5 days over 7 – 5 out of 7 21:00-22:00 start times,


(must be flexible on start times on request due to training needs.)

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong communicator with hands‑on driver training experience

  • Confident delivering both practical and classroom‑based training

  • Excellent knowledge of EU and RTWTD regulations

  • Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as an LGV C+E driver

    • Essential:

  • LGV C+E licence

  • Driver CPC
