HGV Driver — Class 2 | Tewkesbury

The rewards:

• £35,000 – £36,500 per annum
• Temporary with opportunity to go permanent
• Full-time, 48 hours per week (averaged)

Hours:

• Night shift on a five-week rolling rota; shifts typically starting between 10:00pm and 3:00am
• Includes some weekends and bank holidays

The role of HGV Driver — Class 2:

• Delivering goods safely and on time to wholesale and retail customers
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any issues promptly
• Loading and unloading goods, ensuring all items are secure and accurate before travel
• Managing delivery paperwork and using handheld or electronic systems to record deliveries
• Handling customer payments and returned goods when required
• Following all health and safety, food hygiene, and security procedures
