The pay for this role will start at £28,598 plus £2,649 per annum R&R payment.

About the Role

BCP Council is looking to recruit a Class 2 HGV Driver with up to date CPC who is flexible and willing to drive a range of vehicles.

We operate a Commercial Waste refuse and recycling bin service, skip, RORO including HIAB, and bulky waste service within the local area.

Responsibilities

• Full‑time, 37 hours a week on a rota basis, may involve weekend work.
• Early starts and late finishes may be required.
• Operate the Commercial Waste service and related vehicle types.
• Communicate with commercial customers and members of the public.
• Carry out instructions efficiently and work as part of a team.
