HESS & Compliance Specialist
Location: Richmond, BC
Heli-One Canada is looking for a HESS & Compliance Specialist responsible for driving Health, Environment, Safety, and Security (HESS) performance across the site by implementing safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading audits and investigations. The role acts as a key subject matter expert, promoting a strong safety culture, managing incident reporting, training, and emergency response processes, and ensuring alignment with aviation regulations and company standards.

- Facilitating monthly HESS inspections and involving key operational personnel when carrying out inspections.
- Assisting in the base/facility HESS indoctrination training for all new staff.
