About the Opportunity:
• Full time, permanent opening
• $600,000 base salary (reviewed annually but not guaranteed increases annually); No RVUs and no Quality Bonus
• 33 days of PTO
• $6,000 + 5 days CME
• $40,000 sign on bonus
• $30,000 retention paid over 3 years ($10k at the end of year 1, 2 & 3)
