HELPER - Loading and Offloading

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle the loading and offloading of goods—including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products—within the factory and customer premises.
• Load and unload raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods from delivery trucks, containers, or pallets.
• Ensure proper stacking and placement of goods to avoid damage.
• Assist in arranging and securing cargo for safe transportation.
• Transport goods to designated storage or production areas as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in loading bays, warehouses, and storage areas.
• Report any damages, shortages, or quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly.
• Cooperate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Assist in inventory checks, labeling, and stock organization when required.
